You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

Practice Content & AI Feedback

• You retain ownership of the responses and materials you submit.

• We do not publish or sell your practice responses. You can delete your content at any time.
• AI feedback is generated programmatically and should be considered educational guidance, not professional admissions advice.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, including scenarios, designs, branding, and software, is owned by Casper Practice Test or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission, except as allowed for personal study.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that:

• Practice questions will appear on any future CASPer examination.
• AI-generated feedback will predict actual CASPer scores.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

Use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casper Practice Test and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to one hundred (100) USD.

Suspension or Termination
